Our Mission

To acquire, develop, hold, and operate housing projects across the United States for low- and moderate-income earners while providing services to residents and their communities.

These efforts are supported through a range of public benefit activities, including the promotion of affordable housing initiatives, outreach and informational services, facilitating access to housing opportunities. This involves advertising, agency coordination, leasing support, and listing facilitation in connection with the promotion and availability of residential units, offering guidance on property rentals and leases, evaluating housing value and condition, overseeing the ongoing management and operation of residential properties.
